Your order is confirmed and your download link is on its way to your inbox. Here's how to go from files to framed in a few minutes.
Find your download
Look for an email from Lemon Squeezy (our secure checkout partner) with your receipt and a Download button. It usually arrives within a minute.
Can't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder. You can also find every past order at My Orders using the email you checked out with.
Unzip and pick your frame size
Open the zip file. Choose the folder that matches your frame. Every file prints perfectly at any size in its folder.

On a phone? Zip files are easiest to open on a computer, or in the Files app on iPhone.
Print it
At home: use the PDF, choose “actual size” and turn off borders. Matte or lightly textured paper (200gsm or heavier) looks best.
At a print shop or online photo printer: upload the JPG (300 DPI) from the folder that matches your frame, and choose a matte finish.
Colours can vary slightly between screens and printers. That's normal.
